Craigslist: If you do not use craigslist, you shall end up with receptionists 90% of the time and you will need more skill to bypass them and then get to the owner or manager :). If you have that skill use google. 

Remember on craigslist, these solo busieness men recently posted and are waiting for a call and you are the chosen one. Their goals are more customers and we are aligned to that goal! Be confident, you have the right to call and focus on being conversational, have a great time, act like you own the conversation, have some pride and have fun, fun will get you selling 🙂
